“ Outstanding! Worth the extra drive! Enjoyed all of our appetizers, each tasted unique and wonderful. Grilled octopus cooked perfectly tender and juicy. The Mixed Grill was a nice way to try out their entrees. It was lovely chatting w the Chef afterwards, we got to compliment him directly. Bravo! “ We had the most charming experience at Phoenix Flame for dinner last night! We were touring properties with a client nearby and saw all the great reviews and decided to check it out. Started out with yucca fries (amazing!) and kids pizza and we ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and the salmon bowl. Both tasted incredible and we had the chance to speak with the owner who was so kind. We loved the upscale feel and delicious food and plan to come try out the visiting chefs in the future! “ The restaurant is a hidden gem for sure. We came on a Tuesday evening and stayed for quite awhile to enjoy some family time. The bartender made some delicious martinis exactly the way we like them. We got Martinez cups for an appetizer which was unique and delicious. My husband got the skirt steak for dinner, I got the Argentinian strip steak, and my mom got the grilled salmon. Each dish was cooked to perfection and piping hot. The owner of the restaurant came to our table to check on us. We finished dinner off with baklava and tiramisu that is made by the owners wife. Both are so tasty! We will definitely be back soon. ”
